Our Fees

Our attorneys generally charge an hourly fee for their time, although there are certain types of cases in which fees are structured on a flat rate as well as on a contingency basis. An hourly rate is established at the time of our retention. We will require a retainer in nearly all cases against which we will bill periodically. Through this billing process, you will have disclosure of the costs being incurred for the work being done, and the ability to remain aware of the expenses being incurred.

Some costs will undoubtedly be charged in your case, such as court filing fees and expert fees. The exact terms of our billing will be explained in a written fee agreement.

In some cases related to real estate matters and Wills and Trusts, a flat rate for all services may be charged. For more information about our firm’s fee structures, please contact one of our partners.
